PHOTOGRAPHY WEDDING VENDOR CONTRACT _____
Vendor Contract - Services Agreement
This agreement, made April 20th, 2018 by _________________________________ (name of client),
hereinafter referred to as The Client, and _________________________________ (name of vendor),
hereinafter referred to as The Vendor, of which The Client and The Vendor agree to the
following terms and conditions:

Number of Guests: Around 100-120
Deliver 800+ Photos
Deliver 60-80 Edited Photos
Deliver Photos in USB
Deliver a USB with Photos
12 Inch Photo Album (with 60-80 Edited Photos)
Transportation Fee is Included
2 Photographers On the Day (Including Jeff)
**If need more photo albums, can be added by client. Album fees will apply.

Shot with Bridesmaids Wedding Ceremony
Mini Tea Ceremony Session
Night Time Banquet
Mini Shots With Couple + Family in Between
The Client and The Vendor to Agree to the Following:
The contents of this contract shall be valid only after The Couple has paid the deposit and
signed by both parties.
If the contract cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen forces of nature, The Vendor needs to
notify The Couple immediately after knowing that it is unable to provide services and explain
the reason why the contract can be terminated without liability for damages. The Vendor shall
refund the deposit paid by The Couple to The Couple.
In addition to the factors mentioned above, The Couple may notify The Vendor to terminate this
contract before the service date. However, The Couple shall, in addition to returning the
deposit paid by The Couple to The Vendor, compensate The Vendor according to the following
criteria:
The Couple shall notify The Vendor more than three months prior to the commencement date of
the service, and shall cover the full deposit.
The Couple shall notify within two months to three months prior to the start of the service
date that the total cost of compensation services is the full deposit plus another 20%.
The Couple shall notify within one month to two months before the start of the service date
that the total cost of compensation service is the full deposit plus another 30%.
The Couple shall notify within one month prior to the start of the service date that the total
amount of compensation service fees is 100%.
The Vendor shall not arrange any other person's services within the service period of the
matters agreed between The Couple and The Vendor.
If there are unresolved issues in this contract, The Couple and The Vendor shall handle it in
accordance with the principle of good faith.
Other agreements that The Couple and The Vendor agree to comply with, as follows: This
contract is based on two copies. Each party holds a copy of the contract. Both parties agree
to use the copy signed by both parties as the original.
Delivery of finished products: All photo files will be delivered in the form of cloud delivery
within two month after the end of shooting on the day of wedding photography.
